The manufacturing plants of Niton Valve Industries are spacious and well laid out. The modern production facilities are equipped with CNC machines, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), automatic welding machines and inspection equipments for total control of all operations. Niton Valve Industries is equipped with the latest ultra modern hydro testing equipments, including facilities of Positive Material Identification [PMI] and NDT and also Helium Mass Spectrometer testing of valves for critical application like H2 service. A gauge calibration facility ensures the correct measuring instruments are always used at the production level.

Niton Valve Industries' Design & Development department carries out product design, analysis, process evaluation and simulation.
The design techniques and concurrent engineering practices employed by Niton Valve Industries reduce the time cycle in new product development. Non-destructive tests like Radiography, shell thickness checking, other visual inspection and finally hydro testing ensure world-class error-free products.
